1. How can we get sample to test quality before placing larger order?
Free bottle sample for our customers to test quality.
Usually, we will choose to ship samples by DHL, FEDEX and UPS etc. Pls kindly tell us your company name, delivery address,phone number and contact person for safe sample delivery..
2. Can we do printing or label printing on the bottles ?
Yes, we have different printing machines, so we can offer various printings:
Silk screen printing, hot stamping, offset printing and roller printing, etc.
And we can label the products according to your specific requirement.
3. Can you produce bottles according to our design? Yes.
4. What is the normal lead time?
For stock bottle, we will send goods to you within 1-3 days after payment received..
Others: 20 days after deposit received(after PPS confirmed.)
5. What is your shipping terms?
Express: FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TNT etc for sample.
Big order: by sea, by air according to your requirement. Will compare and choose the best efficient
way for you.
6. How do you control the quality?
100% inspection before shipment.
7. If any defective bottle, how can you settle it for us?
We have 1:1 replacement for the defective bottle.
